In a creative director, vision and character are everything. Matt has both in abundance. More than being a design genius, he is a true empath. Traits that helped him shape Monolith into a premium design agency over the past 12 years.
A true Texan, he is known for his hospitality. A passionate individual with a lot of heart. He faces every project with resilience and innovation. These are qualities you cannot rent. A creative director must bring these things with them.

Like his first day at Monolith, you find him with exceptional dedication (Rumours are that he might have a Monolith tattoo.) He has an infectious enthusiasm. We have always seen Matt with a wide, welcoming smile. Here’s to many more years of building quality craftsmanship together.
